  • Processing capabilities

      The outer diameter processing range of the CNC vertical lathe in the factory can reach up to ¢800mm.

       The CNC horizontal lathe in the factory can process up to 1200 meters long .    

       CNC milling machine equipped with 4th and 4.5 axes .

        Also , with a maximum stroke of 1m1

 

  • Material application

      The machines in the factory can meet customer needs , could handle a wide range of materials. 

      Materials that can be turned :

       Aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, copper, stainless steel, free cutting iron .

       Alloy steel, various alloys, and plastic steel .

  • Surface treatment

      We have professional surface treatment partners who can provide customers with surface treatment services to meet their needs.

      Various surface treatments such as: anodizing, hard anodizing, electroplating,black dyeing, heat treatment, anti-rust oil coating, electroplating

        passivation, polishing, grinding, laser engraving, PVD, DLC, etc.
